I can't log in to my account

Try these steps:

  2. Ensure you're using the correct email/password

  4. Clear the app cache and restart

How do I update my profile information?
  1. Go to your profile tab

Is Koach free to use?

Yes, Koach is free to download and use. We offer core features at no cost. Premium features may be introduced in the future, but basic functionality will always remain free.

Reporting Users or Content

If you encounter a user or post on Koach that you believe violates our community guidelines, you can report it directly from within the Koach app.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken to help maintain a safe environment for all users, including users aged 13 and above.
