How do I delete my account?
In-App Deletion:
- Open Koach app
- Go to Settings
- Select "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Email Deletion:
If you can't access the app, email us at support@koachapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion" from your registered email address. We will verify your identity and delete your account within a reasonable timeframe.
What Happens When You Delete:
- Your profile will be permanently removed
- Your posts and content will be deleted (except where required to be retained for legal or safety reasons)
- Your data will be removed from our active systems
- Some data may remain in backup systems for a limited retention period
- You cannot recover your account once deleted
How do I report a user or post?
- Find the post or user profile you want to report
- Tap the menu icon (three dots)
- Select "Report"
- Choose the reason for reporting
- Add any additional context and submit
We review all reports and take appropriate action. For urgent safety concerns, contact us directly at support@koachapp.com.
I can't log in to my account
Try these steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you're using the correct email/password
- Try the "Forgot Password" option
- Clear the app cache and restart
- Update to the latest app version

How do I block another user?
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap the menu icon (three dots)
- Select "Block User"
- Confirm the action
Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you. You can unblock users from your settings at any time.
How do I update my profile information?
- Go to your profile tab
- Tap "Edit Profile"
- Update the information you want to change
- Save your changes
Some changes like username may have restrictions or cooldown periods.
Is Koach free to use?
Yes, Koach is free to download and use. We offer core features at no cost. Premium features may be introduced in the future, but basic functionality will always remain free.
