Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Koach. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the app.

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• Share illegal or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts

Sportsmanship

Koach is a sports community. We expect all users to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for fellow athletes, coaches, and academies.

Content Moderation

We monitor content to ensure compliance with these terms. However, we cannot review all content in real-time.

Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the app. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on the severity of the violation.
